Aloe vera, also known as Aloe vera var. chinensis(Haw.) Berg, which belongs to the liliaceous genus of perennial evergreen herbs. Aloe Vera contains over 200 active components including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, polysaccharide, and fatty acids. The bulk of the aloe vera leaf is filled with a clear gel-like substance, which is approximately 99% water, aloe gel also contains substances known as glycoproteins and polysaccharides. Aloe vera gel dice is made by cutting the gel of mature aloe leaves into dices, then washing and sterilizing them. It can be used directly as an additive but the thickness should be increased.
