Production Process

• Extraction (Solvent Extraction Method): This is one of the most commonly used methods, which extracts the active ingredients from mulberry leaves using different solvents. When water is used as the solvent for extraction, an extract rich in water-soluble components such as polysaccharides can be obtained.
• Drying (Spray Drying): The concentrated extraction liquid is sprayed into a mist, which is then fully exposed to hot air. This causes the water to evaporate rapidly, resulting in a powdered mulberry leaf extract. This method can preserve the activity and stability of the extract, and it also features high production efficiency.

Storage

Storage: Generally, it needs to be sealed, protected from light, and stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place to avoid direct sunlight and moisture. The shelf life is usually about 2 years.

Product Applications
